Grrr... The problem is between network ACLs and Net::FTP.
You're right, one can connect to some servers and others, for
example mine (ftp://ftp.eila.jussieu.fr) are blocked.

As I never had any problem with any soft CLI or GUI, it could be a problem
with the Net::FTP module.

Another idea ?
