Hrm... I do not recognize that error.

The tmp dir only needs to be writable by the cgi, if your cgi
runs as your user, then 700 would even work.

  No public templates... really, there isn't much to the templating
system... I still need to make a better one, but I am not sure how
to best go about it, it is complex when you need to allow all the
frames to work together.
