If you didn't update to the webftp subdirectory structure it would have... basically the templates directory now needs to be in the same directory that web-ftp.conf is in. Before it used to have to be in the same dir as web-ftp.cgi Basically when it starts web-ftp tries to open the config file in the current dir... if that fails, it tries to open webftp/web-ftp.conf Whichever it gets, that becomes the base directory for all the secondary files.
