I have been download the web-ftp version 2.12 but I can't chmod , delete any file or folder andI want tounzip  any file zip format after upload to my server 
please help me

  You can't unzip files on the server, at some time I
may add the ability to upload a tar file and unpack
that to the server, but for now there is no way. If
you can't chmod or delete files my first guess would
be that you don't have the proper permissions to do so.
Can you chmod or delete the files with a normal ftp
client?
