[Web-ftp] Oooh.. multiple downloads and C wrapper fix

  I am working on version 2.1.0, which has two big things.

  1) a fix to web-ftpc.c to fix download, hopefully... dumb
blunder on my part...

  2) multiple downloads at once via a tar file created on the fly. 
tar files are archive files, similar to zips... WinZip will extract
them.

  Very nice... not quite the official release yet, but if people
want to try it out so far...
