  Ack.. I'm sorry.. I just realized I never answered this...

  What operating system are you using...

  Basically what this means is that Web-FTP can't
create a UNIX domain socket in the directory specified
in the conf file... it defaults to something like
/tmp/Web-FTP

  Is there anything in the error file...
