[Web-ftp] Exciting News! Web-FTP 2.0.0

  Over the last few days I have done my guru magic
and put out an incredible new version of Web-FTP!

  At least, so I think ;)

  2.0.0 no longer has the large upload bug that
plagued previous version (my fault, stupid error).

  2.0.0 now has a compiled C session cgi that you
can use (you don't have to) which will speed web-ftp
up AND use less system resources.

  2.0.0 has also got rid of cookies.

  Right now I am pre-releasing it to the mailing
list, because I made a bunch of changes and would 
like some brave souls to put it through its paces.
I have tried it, and it seems to work but... other
people always find bugs :)

  So, grab it from the link below
