I tried installing and running web-ftp for the first time without success...

When loggin in I get an "internal server error".

The error.log from apache shows the following :

...premature end of script web-ftp.cgi line 115
...Can't call method "message on an undefined value

Any idea what I might be doing wrong ?

  I actually do know what that is, it means it could not create a connection
  to the FTP server, for some reason. Not a failed login, but actually could not
  connect...

  I tried the previous version last night...1.3.3. and that's exaclt what it reported...cant establish an FTP connection.
  
  Now my problem is figuring out why it can't connect, since I connect fine using other FTP clients.
