OK, lets try it another way. Lets make Part A an assembly instead of a manufactured item, and the BOM contains 1 Part B and 1 Part C as before. Now raise a sales order for part A. Two order lines are created automatically, for parts B and C. Now create another line for Part D, and delete out Part C. You now have an order and consequent invoice showing just Parts B and D. The problem here is it doesn't mention Part A. Can we work around this?
