#25 Rebuild of runallTests.cpp

Hi,

it would be great and IMHO not a big deal to compare the generated runallTests.cpp with the existing runallTests.cpp and to overwrite it only, when different. This avoids the compiling of the file and the linking of the complete project after each save (provided "Automatically Build" is turned on).
