#1 It can't be used with zip codes with leading zeroes

Hi:

I tried to use it with zip code 08854 (New Jersey) and the interface strips leading zeroes. It would not work either with zip's with a 00 at the beginning Puerto Rico, which should work if you're using nws weather data.
