This is probably the wrong place to ask this but. Is there a client that can read and display WDTVHubGen2 generated XML files and images and even open the corresponding video file in VLC for instance some sort of library for a video collection? If not could you make one? A Windows version and an Android version? Ii would pay for such an app

There is not need for a client.
Lokk for another program for cataloging. WDTVHubGen2 is only intended to rename files and create xml.s
