#1 Support for Ocaml 3.06 or futher

Hi,

on trying to compile the whole set of libraries for
wdialog I find that the only one that (looks like it)
still counts on ocaml being 3.04 is wdialog itself. Are
there any plans
to support higher versions of the compiler?

Motivation: nasty signature changes in constructors for
MLast in (I guess) camlp4 generate:

File "wd_extension.ml", line 61, characters 4-27:
The constructor MLast.CrMth expects 5 argument(s),
but is here applied to 4 argument(s)
