Re-packaged and updated for submission to FreeBSD ports.

No changes to the source, simply updating the licensing to explicitly indicate release under the GPLv2.

Version 0.7 of wdiag has been released. This version includes support for a configuration file.

The 0.4 release includes better error messages and general code cleanup. No functionality changes were made (I hope! =P)

Well, now that the code has been tested on most of the Westell modems, I'm ready to release this project. I hope people find it useful to plug into mrtg or rrdtool. Enjoy!
