#4 Allow editing of paper details anytime

Titles and authors change over time. We need to allow
people to edit titles and authors at anytime after
abstract submission.
Currently this can only be done after the paper has
been accpeted, and possibly only by the author?

when submitting their final paper – the need to check and
update this should be made explicit to authors at this stage.

The list of co-authors often varied from when the abstract
was submitted to when the papers were submitted.
Provide authors the capacity to check the authors/co authors
when submitting their final paper – the need to check and
update this should be made explicit to authors at the stage
you ask for the final reports, this time will depend on your
Timeline.
