AZ:
The divisions between different registration levels
caused some confusion and plenty of correspondence to
clarify things for authors and co-authors.
Part of the problem arises when co-authors register the
paper prior to the main author, or where co-authors
have not been added to the list of co-authors in WCMT,
but do occur as co-authors on the submitted paper (same
terminology, different use of the data).
AR 060123:
For the registration, I propose the following, despite
it still uses
the infamous registration code...
1. you buy a registration, no matter what you plan to
be (author/ speaker/attendee)
2. you get a unique reg code
3. this entitles you to register up to 3 (or n) papers.
4. every time you use the code, its value is decreased

RA 060124:
We might re-vamp the "regisration code" slightly - maybe
somehow give everybody a unique registration ID, part of
which is the authorID for those who are authors

Consider removing the need for registration codes, as the
current process can cause confusion when having to click for
a code half way through registering; then having to return
to the registration once the code has been received.
