How do I use "Why Can't I Connect?"

Test a connection to an SMTP Server.

I will attempt a connection to an SMTP Server. Enter the server name or IP address. Choose between STARTTLS or SSL/TLS. Select a port. The default port for SMTP STARTTLS is 587. The default port for SMTP SSL/TLS is 465. I expect a response from SMTP STARTTLS so I will wait for the response and close the connection on success. I do not expect a response from SMTP SSL/TLS so I will close the connection on success.
