How do I use "Why Can't I Connect?"
Test a connection to an IRC Server.
I will attempt a connection to an IRC Server. Enter the server name or IP address and port (the default port for an IRC Server is 6667. Other common IRC port values are 6660–6669 and 7000) I expect a response from this connection so I will wait for the response and close the connection on success.
