dont work while targeting another player :) and results in yourself getting this everytime.

The Ticket system doesnt work. Ticket Show tries to find tickets connected to your own character. Tickets Select <player> gives you the charge of fixing their ticket however you don't get to know what it says in the ticket or a way to communicate with the person, also you cannot finish up a ticket. And the player cannot abandon it.

Right now it just uses the default command targeting, meaning a simple command prefix (eg "#ticket") will use the command on yourself and double command prefix (eg "##ticket") will use it on your selected target, however I might still change it, since it barely ever happens that one wants to check once own's tickets.
