Hi all

We are executing a project and it requires a functionality to interface with
Nokia SMSC server and send messages related with application to subscriber.
We have basically two types of messages to be sent to subscriber. 

1.    A simple short message to subscriber

2.    A message which represents service settings in a given message
structure (Invitation Message Structure) to subscriber.

I have developed a component to satisfy the first requirement.

The second message requires me to send an invitation message which needs to
be in WBXML form.

Kindly provide me with some help on how can I go about decoding a XML into
WBXML.

If any code can be shared then it would be highly appreciated.
