#9 Add logging to CIMOM

Logging is different than tracing. Tracing, which is
currently called logging in 0.95a, is for the
consumption of the developer. But logging would be for
the consumption of the end-user or the management
applications.

We should consider that the log itself encapsulates
indications so that indications are logged but with
additional attributes.
