#8 Subscriptions by AlertIndication

It is allowed to create an indication subscription
using a filter "from CIM_InstIndication' and thereby
get creation, modification, and delete indications with
one indication subscription. Modify CIMOM so that one
can subscribe using CIM_AlertIndication and thereby get
all alert indications.

Being able to subscribe in the manner described above
is required for SMIS v1.0. (example: p.54 SMIS version
1213).
