Our team is developing a CIM Provider, and one of our beta customers is unable to run their client from the Windows command line when indications are turned on. (We have verified that indications work within our GUI-based development environment as well as from the Linux command line.) The problem appears to be the same as [626457] Indications don't work with parser.jar which was submitted on 10/21/2002 but has not been assigned to anyone. This bug is a very high priority to our customer. Would somebody please help us understand the process for prioritizing and assigning bugs? What would the customer need to do to get this problem worked on? Thank you for any assistance you're able to provide.
