#155 CIMOM fails to parse references in input params

CIMOM fails to parse references without host and
namespace information. In the case where the client
application does not set the host or namespace
information (or just sends the modelpath), all
supsequent input parameters (in an invokeMethod call)
are lost.

getSupportedSizes method invocation[goal,
elementType]:
If the goal is passed in as a modelPath only, the
elementType parameter is lost in the CIMOM - provider
recieves only the goal.
If the order is reversed, and the elementType is passed
in first, then both values, in this case, come through
indicating that the first encounter of a modelPath as
reference causes the CIMOM to throw away the
remaining parameters.
