#3 Patch to support files larger than 2G

The current implementation of wavsplit only supports
files up to 2G.

I have created a patch that uses the functionality
described at http://www.suse.de/~aj/linux_lfs.html to
support files larger than 2G.

I had to include some logic to use the actual filesize
instead of the size from the wav-header as the header
can only contain 4bytes for size...

Please test and add to the next version of wavsplit.
