WAVOS (Wavelet Analysis and Visualization of Oscillatory Signals) is a MATLAB toolbox designed to facilitate the wavelet analysis of noisy, unstable oscillators, particularly those encountered in studying biological rhythms. As of the current version (2.2.1(B)) it contains three graphical user interfaces (GUIs) designed to let those with minimal MATLAB experience perform complex analyses, while also containing a flexible suite of functions that may be incorporated in custom MATLAB scripts to perform more specialized analyses.

To begin using WAVOS immediately, please review the "Walkthroughs" section in the documentation; this contains example analyses using a synthetic data set included in WAVOS.
