Wave development start

Hi! WaveSys here.
Our WAVE (also known as WaveSystem or WaveSystem OS project has been started in development.
This will be a beautiful OS. We currently are only providing a minimalistic command line interface, but we will work on more soon and possibly create a desktop environment so a GUI is made.
