#3 Overlapping labels in transcriptions (see TIMIT)

Hi,
I realized that labels in word level transcriptions often overlap. This is the case for the popular TIMIT database, just to give an example, and is due to coarticulation between words. Here is an example from TIMIT test/dr1/felc0/sx396.wrd:

...
43760 51399 small
49394 56999 lake

There is probably a single continuous "L" between "small" and "lake" and the transcribers decided to make the two words overlap rather than deciding an arbitrary endpoint.

Any chances these cases could be displayed in WaveSurfer?
