WaVeSim 0.0.3 released

WaVeSim version 0.0.3 is now available. This is mainly a bugfix release. Only WaVeSim and WaVeSim3D packages were changed.
Users are strongly advised to update these packages.

WaVeSim 0.0.2 released

This is a major update to the initial release of WaVeSim. The code has been heavily restructured to allow easier implementation of new features in the feature and the performance is now hopefully more stable. The dependency on CommonC++ has been removed. Finally, XML Schemas for the configuration files have been included but no validation is done yet since libxml2 support for XML Schemas is rather weak. The next step is to include a documentation file with a detailed how to and details about the implementation.

Initial version of WaVeSim

WaVeSim (Water Vehicle Simulator) makes its debut on Sourceforge. It is an ongoing project that will now start to exit the prototype phase (although it is already quite usable) and get more robust, as well as get more feedback from other researchers in this area. There are a lot of TODOs: better code structure, remove dependency on CommonC++ lib, support to Schema validation of configuration files, more realistic acoustic signal propagation (reflections), support for physical underwater bottom, better GUI on WaVeSim3D, etc.
