Reference.Variables.uncert

Variable "uncert" in MATLAB version of WavePacket

This global, structured(!) variable holds the uncertainties of a few operators. They are calculated for each main time step and only used for output.

uncert.ind.dvr	The element uncert.ind.dvr{m}(i,k) is the uncertainty of the coordinate along the k-th degree of freedom at the i-th main time step of the m-th (coupled) channel.
uncert.ind.fbr	The element uncert.ind.fbr{m}(i,k) is the uncertainty of the FBR quantum number (whose meaning depends on the grid) along the k-th degree of freedom at the i-th main time step of the m-th channel.
uncert.ind.kin	The element uncert.ind.kin{m}(i) is the uncertainty of the kinetic energy of the m-th (coupled) channel at the i-th main time step
uncert.ind.pot	The element uncert.ind.pot{m}(i) is the uncertainty of the potential energy of the m-th (coupled) channel at the i-th main time step.
