Variable "time.rho" in MATLAB/Octave version of WavePacket

This structure serves to specify the initial conditions in propagations of a density matrix using the WavePacket main class rho.

field	description
choice	specify initial conditions; one of 'pure', 'cat', 'mixture', or 'thermal'.
pure	one index specifying a pure state
cat	two indices specifying a Schrödinger cat (coherent superposition state)
mixture	two indices specifying an incoherent superposition state
temperature	specify temperature for choice='thermal'
