#285 Settable initial momenta

In some simulation scenarios it may be useful to set arbitrary momenta (p=ℏ k) to an initial wave function, simply by multiplying: e^ikxψ(x;t=0) where k is a wave number (vector).

This feature is already available for (correlated and uncorrelated) Gaussian wave packets, but now we want to implement it also for the following two cases:

• Loading the initial wave function from the results of a previously saved calculation
• Interpolates the initial wave function from data supplied in a text file
