Visualize trajectory bundles as a swarm of points in phase space, possibly with different symbols for forbidden/allowd hops.
Do we need to rescale momenta when running FSSH in diabatic representation? Probably NO!
Quiver plot of momentum jumps (only for adiabatic two channel surface hopping)
Draw a contour separating allowed from forbidden region
Reduce your use of plot markers and choose simpler markers such as '.' where appropriate. Starting in R2016b you can use MarkerIndices to specify which data points display markers.
