#252 Get code coverage to work with all demos

Currently, there are some problems because we do strange things with working directories and such. It seems as if coverage info gets misplaced because of all these shenanigans.
Probably, we need to reference the input data through absolute paths and then stay in the base working directory, but that needs some investigation.
