WaveIRCD / News: Recent posts

The work on WaveIRCD has started once again! With the advent of PHP5, we feel that this is a good time to start work again. PHP5 brings in new features and solutions to problems that we encountrered in the past. With these new features, we feel we can make WaveIRCD not only a stable IRCD, but a serious contender in the IRCD world.

Version 1 which was started will be completely re-written. We will also be looking into Pear::DB as a backend code, and looking at the memory problem encountered in earlier versions.... read more
