WaterFall message filter / News: Recent posts

I've committed in to the CVS repository the "barebones" code for the project. This is really simple as of yet, the first phase goal being mainly to fisnish a working proxy that can be compiled on both Windows and *nix. That goal is pretty close, altough few error condition handlings are still amiss. After that's done, it's time to view what are the requirements and how to meet those.
