Get an email when there's a new version of watchmonkey

Watch files or folder as defined in ~/.watcher.ini using /usr/local/sbin/watcher/watcher.py and then run command as defined in .ini file. Unlike incron this works recursively and can be started and stopped as a service using /etc/init.d/watcher.sh
