It is possible that I end up with multiple connections to the same hosts (e.g. two (incoming) connections from host A, or two outgoing connections to host B). I cannot think of any reason why this should be allowed, so I guess this is a bug.
My current version is WASTE.1.7.4.build_442_nightly, but I've seen this happen on previous versions as well.
I saw it too, but don't know if it's a bug or not. See you can set limit incoming connections per host to 1 and if you still have this for a lengthy time and not just transiently then it might be a bug.
