the ability to send messages to people if you see their
Client ID in the Browser and there nick is set to max
length or they use a .(period) before their nick ,
only other way is if they are in a chat room to
initiate chat w/ .

this allong with... making all messages go by Client
ID(too/both?) rather than handel as a solution to
cloning/spoffing
