#91 nightly: closing while connecting will crash

Waste_12.11.05 on Windows, some versions before also,
have a new connection system. It will improve
connectivity for DynDNS users and unreliable
users/connections.

If WASTE is still "connecting" to an address, and is
closed, then it will disappear with a Windows Report
that the application crashed. By that, it can also
happen that data is not saved properly like it should
while shutting down.

Closing down WASTE without "connecting" status is as
it should be - no errors.

This is a chronical error, it happens always on all
of my WinXP (HomeSP1(2 versions),ProSP1/SP2)computers
and as well on NT4 server.
