#84 Cant resume downloads even though connection status 100%

WASTE will be happliy downloading several large files
from user 'A'. Fome some reason I loose my ethernet
connection and of course WASTE stops. Disabling and
then enabling my LAN connection in XP restores my
ethernet and IP access. WASTE then connects to
user 'A' and connection status says 100. I can chat to
the user 'A' via WASTE. However downloads always say
connecting, but dont resume. Can download from other
WASTE users who I where not downloading from when
connection went down. Cannot initiate any new
downloads from user 'A' either. Restarting my WASTE
does not help. If however user 'A' restarts their WASTE
then all springs back into life.
