#80 Linux Client Upload

I am using both the Linux client and Windows client on
the same machine.

When using the Windows client in a windows environment,
I get upload speeds of about 200kbps+.

However, when I use the Linux client, my maximum upload
speed is about 58-65kbps.

I am using the same default.pr0 file for both versions.
