#43 WASTE chat scrolls while reading backlog
I have a problem with the chat constantly scrolling. It
seems if you're viewing the backlog of chat, and
someone talks while you're doing it, waste will scroll
somewhat slowly to the bottom, and then pop back up to
where you were. It would be better if it didn't scroll
to the bottom at all, or it was a check box, or it just
did a jump instead of a slow scroll.

I have a work around.
Just make sure your cursor is always in the place where you
type responses. When clicking a link, click next to the
link, not on it, then double click it, then immediately
click back on the typing area. This solves the problem as
the window doesn't have time to do the scrolly thing.
This solves the problem for those fast enough to do all this
just to click a link, but a permenant solution would be better.
