#10 Nag mode

There should be a setting enabling nag mode - i.e. turn
on "are you sure you want to delete this?" and "this
entry has comments, are you sure?" messages. This can
be turned off, so everything is deleted without
question. Maybe a checkbox saying "don't nag me again"
should be displayed on the nag screen, and settings can
be changed on the settings page.
