#3 Document the APIs for controllers & generators
We need to provide some documentation explaining the APIs
exposed to the maze generator and robot controller plugins.
The robot controller API is partially documented in the CS118
guide, but we need to make things a little bit more explicit,
possibly to the extent of providing some JavaDoc pages.
