#1 Time to run between

Currently user is able to select the days of the week to
run the app between. Also would be good to have hours
to run between (9am-5pm) so app does not try to run
while not at the office..

As well, if a timed sync fails, the next scheduled sync
causes unit to crash hard requiring a reset. This can be
seen if the palm is charging but not connected to the
usb.
