Looks like /usr/local/lib/libpcap.so.7.0 is misnamed, and
apps can't find it - should be libpcap.so.0.7. This refers
to WarLinux 0.5.

renaming the link won't fix the problem, because it is looking for a
shared library not the static library (which the link points to)
