Hallo to all,
when Ney starts his march on the allied right flank at
Bautzen he marches directly from north to south against
the allies.
This was a little bit different in reality. Ney had got the
emperors order to march at the end of the allied flank to
the village Hochkirche looking forward to its church. He
started as he was told but decided on his own to march
to west (if you see it from the south on the allied side in
the game) into the right flank. So he was forced to fight
there.
If he would have marched to Hochkirch ignoring the
allied right flank their army would have been
overwhelmed like the romans at Cannae capturing the
russian emperor and the king of prussia. No Leipzig, no
Waterloo...I was on the battlefield three years ago fpr
two days.
