Read Me

Well, this is the README file (I really hope you read it!).

1) Do NOT use this software to copy other hard working bloggers. (It is bad! Plus now that you have this great software, you do not need to copy anymore!).
2) You can use this software according to the MIT License, which is pretty permissive ...
3) If you are unfamilliar with SEO, backlinking etc .. You will not find this software usefull.
4) It is very important that you read the instructions, failure to do so may result in <serious>BAD REALLY BAD</serious> consequences.
5) Software with great power comes with great responsibilities.
6) You found a spelling error somewhere? Honnestly? I do not really care!

Instructions:

- You need at least 2 blogs for this software to work (Unless you wanna copy on your own blog... I did it for testing hehe).
- One site will be the Master Site (and it is permanant) and the other(s) one will be 'sister sites'
- You can have an unlimited number of sister sites.
- The software does not require any manual interaction, the software post everything he finds without user input (be advised!)
- The Master Site must have the latest wordpress default theme.
- The sister sites must have the usual admin interface (standard /wp-admin/ section)
- More to come as the software goes.
- You do NOT need to install anything on the sister sites.

Usual Install (fictional) :

- I have 200 hosts ready for hosting. I install the wordpress software on every host and I can even install some nifty themes on them.
I keep 1 host with the regular standard blue wordpress install (this will be the Master Site). I install and configure the Wordpress Auto Poster on the master site server as well.
I write a couple articles on the master site and then I launch the Wordpress Auto Poster and tadam, my articles are duplicated on the 199 other wordpress blogs.
Note that if I made a mistake somewhere on the configuration, I now have to go and edit/delete the posts on the 199 other blogs (hours of fun!).

Installation:

- This software does not interact with a database. This software require at least PHP 5.1.
- Edit the config.txt file to match your configuration
- Edit the dest.txt to match your configuration (format is url, login, pass)
- Run the software IE: /usr/bin/php -q app.php
- If you compiled PHP locally run it with : /usr/loca/bin/php -q app.php
- MAKE SURE THAT md5_hash.txt is writeable by the user who run the process, otherwise you will end up with duplicate post on your blogs network.

Now, if you have some other questions or would like to suggest a feature, please do so on the forum located at :
