#23 ZoomFactor is lost on setting .Text to String.Empty.

The ZoomFactor float value of the RichTextBox2 control is reset to 1.0 whenever the Text property of the control is set to String.Empty within the .NET environment. ZoomFactor should not be dependent upon having the Text property set to one or more characters.
